MMA permanent collection highlight: The North American Indian Portfolio,
Edward Curtis, Chief High Pipe. Rosebud, SD, E.A.Burbank American art is a major portion of the MMA’s great collection. This winter, learn more about the permanent collection by learning about American art history. Thirty-minute film lectures by Professor William Kloss, an independent art historian with the Smithsonian Associates at the Smithsonian Institution, cover topics related to collection favorites.
