FESTIVAL OF TREES SPECIAL EVENTS

 

Saturday, November 24, 8:30-10:00 am
Teddy Bear Breakfast

Mark your calendars and grab your teddy bears as we gear up for another teddy bear breakfast—especially fun for kids 3-8 years old. Enjoy breakfast and fun activities throughout the morning. Tickets are $10.00 for adults, and $7.00 for children ages 3-17. Ticket price includes Festival of Trees admission. Always a sell-out, advance ticket purchases for this sell-out event are highly recommended. Call 231.720.2580 for tickets.

Monday Night Mingle

Free for Festival of Trees sponsors and volunteers. Want to be included? Call 231.720.2573 for sponsorship information. Call 231.720.2574 if you would like to volunteer.


Tuesday, November 27, 10:00 am – 5:00 pm
Festival Senior Day

Enjoy special entertainment and free coffee and cookies during a Festival of Trees day planned especially for senior citizens. Call 231.720.2571 to book group reservations for six or more.


Friday, November 30, 6:00 pm
Party in the Pines

Kick off the holiday season right! Featuring live music by Vincent Hayes Project, hors d’oeuvres, and cash bar. Tickets include Festival admission. Call 231.720.2571 to order advance tickets: $20 per person. $25 at the door.


Sunday, December 2, 2:00-4:00 pm
Deck the Halls

Join us as nationally known floral designer and TV personality J. Schwanke of ubloom.com demonstrates easy ways to add personalized and unique custom touches to you holiday home décor. Coffee and dessert bar will add to the festive afternoon. Advance Tickets: $15; at the door: $20. Seating is limited. Advance tickets are recommended. Tickets nclude Festival of Trees admission.


ON-GOING ATTRACTIONS


Gingerbread Village Station

This village of gingerbread houses built by area bakers and confectioners is surrounded by a model train layout lent by Ken Doctor. Houses will be raffled to raise funds for the museum.


Jingle Bell Stage Musical Entertainment

Throughout Festival, various times

Area musical talent will perform at various times throughout the Festival.


Wonderland Outdoor Décor


Special Tree Raffle

Money Tree: Guess how much cash is on the tree and win the money and the tree!


Holiday Carousel Gift Market

Unique gifts and holiday décor, including handcrafted items and original art. (After Festival of Trees closes, Carousel will continue to be open through December 23 during regular museum hours.)
