Information for Inspire Donors

All gifts realized through INSPIRE: The Investment Campaign for the Future of the Muskegon Museum of Art will be held in special funds solely for the benefit of the Muskegon Museum of Art and are tax deductible to the full extent of federal and state tax laws.

Gifts may be applied to the endowment funds of the Muskegon Museum of Art, the Facility Improvement Fund, or the Program Excellence Fund.

The Muskegon Museum of Art has special funds for INSPIRE at both the Community Foundation for Muskegon County and the Grand Haven Area Community Foundation. Gifts may be designated for either Community Foundation. If you would be interested in using your gift to set up a fund at another regional foundation to benefit the Muskegon Museum of Art, please contact the Director, Judith A. Gifts to the INSPIRE Campaign may be made as either one-time gifts or as a multi-year pledges. Pledges at $25,000 or less may be scheduled over five years; pledges over $25,000 may be scheduled for a period of up to 10 years.
All INSPIRE Campaign gifts of $10,000 or higher will confer special INSPIRE Membership status for the period of five years, or the length of the pledge, whichever is higher.
